At Pandani Montessori we are committed to providing a child-safe environment that prioritises the wellbeing and safety of every child.

We have implemented a comprehensive child safety framework that adheres to the 10 Child Safety Standards outlined in the Child and Youth Safe Organisations Framework, established under the Child and Youth Organisations Act 2023 (Tasmania).

Our commitment to child safety and awareness is embedded in all aspects of our service, ensuring that our centre is a safe and nurturing place for children to learn and grow. Our commitment is supported by research, best practice, the needs of all stakeholders and ensuring the safety of children are at the core of what we do.

Our staff are trained and aware of their responsibilities and we implement robust child safety policies and procedures. Our culture of child safety and awareness is evident in our practice and everything we do. 

By regularly reviewing and updating our child safe policies and practices we ensure compliance with current laws and regulation to ensure the safety of every child.
